Host. Dining & Wine Bar was created by the team behind Zev's Bistro, Toowoomba's premier Chef Hat awarded dining establishment since 2016.

After 20 years in the kitchen, chef-owner Zev has redirected his focus to encompass the role of the Host by expertly curating a memorable dining experience. Bespoke dishes, rare wines and a unique atmosphere culminate in our space for guests to enjoy.

In conjunction with overseeing menu development, Zev has deep passion and knowledge for driving the Host. wine program to incorporate exciting producers, regions and varieties.
